Harvey, the remote property investor
Harvey has been investing in property since 2009 and has been involved with over 90 property deals, amounting to £6 million worth of property for himself and other investors.
After losing money on his first property deal, a parcel of land that he intended to build two three-bedroom properties on that had no planning permission granted (more about the lessons from this on the workshop) and doing 5 buy to let deals in the first 5 years of his property journey, he got obsessed with self education and personal development. With the newfound knowledge and confidence, he went on to close around 50 deals in a 2 year period.
Alongside building a portfolio building/sourcing company, a lettings & management business and now a property & mindset education business.
All remotely from his phone from anywhere in the world with WiFi connection, for 2 reasons:
1. Because 95% of the deals he has done have been 250 miles from where he lives
2. So he fulfills a goal he made to have monthly breaks after burning himself out in 2014

Who’s Hosting?
Harvey is a remote property investor born in London, living in the South while investing in the Northeast of England.
He started investing in 2009 — and during his first five years, completed just 5 deals the traditional way. Then he discovered deal sourcing. By selling his overspill deals to investors while building his own portfolio, he went from 5 deals to nearly 50 deals in just two years.
Since then, he’s been involved in hundreds of property deals — both for investors and his own portfolio, which now cashflows multi-six figures annually. He also built a lettings business managing hundreds of properties and sold it for a multi-six-figure exit.
Today, Harvey runs a coaching and AI automation consultancy helping property investors build their portfolios and monetize deals using automation.
His why is simple: To live life on his own terms — with true time and location freedom. He walks his kids to school every day, travels regularly (over 17 trips last year), and blends work with lifestyle.
